5. 29/4/2016 update for aust open dog of the year points

Hi,

Here is an updated version of the Australian open points.
I have had confirmation that any dog regardless of their status is entitled to gain points in the Australian Open dog of the year if it places in the open event it has competed in.

Congrats to the winners on the weekend at Red Range, a mighy fine effort QLD, I hear you beat NSW by 1 point in the state of origin and took home the first 3 placing in the Australian Open Championship event...well done!!
